What happens with your data
Where do you come from?
We keep the utm tags and the referring site's hostname from the link you arrived on, so we know which channel works. Never the full referring URL beyond 30 days.
Do you store my IP?
No. It is truncated to a /24 network and hashed with a monthly key on the way in; the hash is deleted after 90 days, the truncated form after 13 months. Country is derived locally.
Do you track what I click?
In emails, yes (links and estimated opens) unless you switch it off in your account; on the site only if you press Accept below. Reject is one click and just as big.
